However, it should be noted that although SEC Chairman Gensler voted in favor, when the BTC ETF was approved, he stated that the adoption of the BTC ETF was only due to pressure from the court and did not represent support or recognition of BTC. We still remember Gensler’s action in early June 2022 of defining many tokens as unregistered securities, which almost destroyed many tokens at the time. The SEC's attitude may not have changed. ❗️We believe BTC and ETH are already safe, but for Altcoin one needs to be wary of Gensler’s hedging behavior.
